"As of 9 p.m., the weather service was reporting 23 inches of snow in Norwich, 26.8 inches in west Bainbridge, 30 inches in Bovina and 30 inches in Cooperstown.

The highest snowfall total reported for Otsego County was 38 inches in Roseboom as of 5 p.m. Wednesday, according to the weather service.

The weather service was estimating the total snow depth to be about 4 feet in Springfield."
