Dana Spiotta

"Eat the Document" is a hit!

Dana has always been a hit.

Here's the Freeman's article.

If you're a NYTimes member, here are links to the year's 100, and the National Book Award Finalists.

Here's the Times great review -- "glorious,"

and the other great Times review [or here] -- "stunning."

It must be so cool to be her.

Don't buy it here, find a nice local bookstore that has it.

Visit her at her site, or at the Rose.

The Taylor Sisters

It was great to see both of the Taylor Sisters last night:

Do you know Susan Taylor of Albany's Book House? She was on WAMC-FM again last week. Check out her book picks for 12/11/06.

Kathleen Taylor, who lives in Cherry Valley, of course, is on WAMC every day, of course, with her Word For the Wise, of course.
